SAFP Partners

1.                 Significant Canadian, international and developing country affiliations are: the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and Save A Family Plan India (Aiswarayagram). The Diocesan Social Service Societies (DSSSs), Indian Non-governmental organizations and Homes of Healing are affiliated with SAFP India. SAFP’s partnership with CIDA for the past 28 years has been a highly enriching experience from the perspective of strengthening its capacity and also the capacity of its partners namely the DSSSs and community-based people’s organization Sanghams/SHGs. CIDA/SAFP’s efforts and investments provide a catalyst for local initiatives and leveraging locally available resources such as low interest bank loans and government subsidies, thereby substantially increasing the developmental impact.  At a broader capacity SAFP has a regular and irregular association with a number of NGOs, technical institutions, research organizations, educational institutions, membership organizations, financial institutions, Panchayathi Raj institutions, governmental departments and organizations.
